She’s a first generation migrant from Ireland and has experienced the benefits of Australia’s skilled migration program first hand. It’s Niamh’s desire to educate and empower migrants that led her to co-found Matilda.

He grew up as part of an immigrant, working class family in Melbourne, and has felt the struggle of the migration experience first-hand (as a son and later as an employer). Paula joins the Matilda team as an Australian registered migration agent with over 17 years of experience securing visas for clients. She first qualified as a lawyer in Australia before furthering her expertise in Hong Kong, Italy, England and Wales. Paula regularly advises on current issues in Australian immigration and advocates for positive change to legislation and policy wherever she can.

Nell is a qualified corporate lawyer, admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, who transitioned into strategy and operations. She spent the last two years at Eucalyptus, where she helped launch the business in international markets (Germany and Japan). She loves understanding and solving flaws in manual, demanding processes, and joined Matilda to help it become the breakthrough solution the visa industry needs.
